The Weaver's House  is a detached cottage for rent in Auchtermuchty, North Fife, Scotland.  Long term rentals only, are accepted. This house is available to rent unfurnished. Built  orginally,  we believe,  in the 16th Century, this rental house  has a designer  kitchen and up to date bathroom fittings while preserving the period charm of the rental property. This house is now a Listed Building in a Conservation Area. 

Within easy reach of Perth and Perthshire, Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy, Cupar, Kinross, the M90 motorway, St. Andrews and Edinburgh. Auchtermuchty has a Primary School, while Bell Baxter Secondary School is in Cupar, a bus ride away. Craigclowan Preparatory School and Dollar Academy are within half an hour by car. 
 
 

	There is a bus service between St Andrews and Glasgow and between Kirkcaldy and Perth, both stopping in Auchtermuchty. Trains run from Ladybank and Cupar to Edinburgh,  Dundee and Aberdeen.  In The Weaver's House, there is a large sitting room and a separate dining room whicn could be a fourth bedroom Heating is supplied by gas central heating.with a combi boiler. The designer  kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, separate freezer, and  dishwasher.
There are three bedrooms upstairs in the house, two large doubles and one single. Each of the 3 upstairs bedrooms has  built in wardrobes.  The smallest bedroom has a phonepoint for a computer connection.
	There are two bathrooms, a fully tiled shower room downstairs and a bathroom upstairs with a power shower over the bath. There are a  washing machine and tumble dryer in a cupboard off the bathroom
