This house is now a Listed Building in a Conservation Area. 

In The Weaver's House, there is a large sitting room and a separate dining room which could be a fourth bedroom. Heating is supplied by gas central heating.with a combi boiler.The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, separate freezer, and a dishwasher. 

There are three bedrooms upstairs, two large doubles and one single. Each of the 3 upstairs bedrooms has  built in wardrobes. 

There are two bathrooms, a fully tiled shower room downstairs and a bathroom upstairs with a power shower over the bath.There are a  washing machine and tumble dryer in a cupboard off the bathroom.
